Well I’ve made it to Friday of week 1 of my first real bulk, hopefully looking at 8 weeks of twice daily weight training (heavy weight low rep)

Tonight - Legs
A few tweeks to make program wise and some pics to do but on track so far
Week one workouts will put in tomorrow
7.13am - End of my first workout for my 2 a day schedule.
Monday legs am chest pm
